BOOK PROMOTION & REVIEW SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made effective as of the date of acceptance by the Client, between BoostBooksSalesReviews (a division of Healing Light Press) and the undersigned Client.

This agreement is between:

2. Scope of Services
Provider agrees to provide the following services:Promotion of the Client’s book(s) on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Reader review coordination and feedback sharing
Custom promotional post design, scheduling, and tagging
Optional biography editing and branding assistance
- Free Trial Period
Services are provided free of charge until date stated in your Welcome Email.
The free period begins upon the Client’s signed acceptance of this agreement.
After this trial, Client will be automatically enrolled in the annual promotional plan unless they opt out.
- Post-Trial Pricing
Beginning September 1, 2025, Client agrees to a 75$ USD annual charge for continued promotional and review services.
The charge will be applied on the 1st of each month unless the Client cancels the service at least 14 days prior to the end of the free trial period (i.e., by August 17, 2025).
- Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel at any time before August 17, 2025, by written notice (email or form submission).
Cancellations made after August 17, 2025, will take effect the following billing cycle.
- Content Use Authorization
Client grants Provider permission to:
Use the book cover, summary, author bio, quotes, and promotional content provided by the Client for marketing and promotional purposes.
Share reader reviews publicly unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Client.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property remains the property of the Client. BoostBooksSalesReviews shall not claim ownership of any submitted works or promotional materials. - Confidentiality
All client information, including manuscripts, marketing plans, and reviews, will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement. - Indemnification
Client holds Provider harmless from any liability resulting from promotions, reader reviews, or user-generated content outside Provider’s direct control. - Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

CONSENT TO USE REVIEWS & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Client grants BoostBooksSalesReviews by Healing Light Press permission to:
Share written reader reviews (anonymous or named as preferred) for promotional use
Feature my book cover, author name, and description in marketing content
Use edited versions of my biography or book synopsis for professional representation
Tag me in public social media posts related to my book promotions
This consent remains valid through the free trial and ongoing monthly service unless revoked in writing.
As per consent given at end of this form.
🔹 3. Subscription Agreement Addendum (for Post-Free Period)
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS ADDENDUM
Effective Date: as per stated in your Welcome Email
Service: BoostBooksSalesReviews Monthly Promo Subscription
Amount: 75$USD per annual
Billing: Monthly on the 1st
Cancellation: Must be submitted via email/form no later than 17th of the previous month, 2025, to avoid charges.
By signing below, I agree to the ongoing subscription service unless I opt out in writing before the deadline.
