1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for or participating in BoostBooksSalesReviews (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Service Overview
BoostBooksSalesReviews offers free and paid access to:
- Monthly opportunities to receive free ebooks, electronic coloring books and audiobooks from indie authors.
- The ability for members to submit honest reviews.
- Promotion of participating authors’ books to a curated reader/reviewer community.
- Social media exposure, email marketing, and other book visibility strategies.
Membership may include reader responsibilities and author submission terms.
3. Membership Requirements
- Reader Members: Must commit to submitting a minimum of 5 book reviews per month when receiving free content. Reviews may be used anonymously or with attribution in marketing.
- Author Members: Must consent to their books being shared for honest reader feedback and promotion.
BoostBooksSalesReviews reserves the right to terminate or pause membership for inactivity or violation of these Terms.
4. Review Policy
- Reviews must be honest, original, and respectful.
- Star ratings and written reviews should reflect the reader’s genuine experience.
- BoostBooksSalesReviews does not guarantee positive reviews.
- All reviews are the sole opinions of the reviewers and do not reflect the views of Healing Light Press.
5. Use of Reviews and Testimonials
By submitting a review, you grant BoostBooksSalesReviews and Healing Light Press a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your review (in full or in part) for promotional purposes, including in advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
6. Content Submission (Authors)
Authors submitting books for promotion must:
- Own the rights to the work.
- Provide a final edited version of their book or ARC (Advance Reader Copy).
- Ensure content is legal, non-defamatory, and compliant with copyright laws.
7. Fees and Payments
While the Service is currently free through July 30 2025, BoostBooksSalesReviews may introduce premium options or fees in the future. You will be notified of any pricing changes with an option to cancel.
8. Limitation of Liability
BoostBooksSalesReviews and Healing Light Press are not liable for:
- Loss of sales or negative feedback resulting from reviews.
- Technical issues that may delay delivery or visibility.
- Infringement caused by content submitted by users.
All services are provided “as is” with no guarantees.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any member who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, including plagiarism, harassment, or false reviews.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information shared through the Service will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or used for book promotion and communication purposes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
